G. A. Rivers grew up in a tiny town in the rural Midwest with his nose in a book or wandering the countryside. These days he holds a PhD in the life sciences and has spent over 25 years leading research teams in the pharmaceutical industry, many in the Northeast. He has authored or co- authored numerous peer-reviewed scientific papers, too many of them written in passive voice.

A husband, father of two adult sons and dog lover, he now lives in the Midwest and writes crime fiction and thrillers that might just keep you turning the pages.
